It was quite a long thread all about buying items of clothing / bags etc, made to last, so no fast fashion etc

I was following it and now can't find it. The poster had made a list of things she wanted to buy and was working through the list. Any ideas please? Thank you!

I remember that thread Tatty! I thought I had it bookmarked but apparently not. I'll have a hunt and see if I can find it. I somehow think the poster may have had an Australian connection but I'm not sure.

Ah that's the one! I remember it being quite interesting and although I don't wish to be elegant , I do want to choose some pieces that'll last
