Good under eye cream / Botox etc

I am 42 and I have noticed terrible crows feeet and thin skin under my eyes.

I am considering Botox for the wrinkles but thought id try a decent under eye cream etc first - any recommendations?

Try a tiny amount of retinol 0.2% from the ordinary at night instead, a lot of eye creams are horribly overpriced glycerin and water emulsions 🤨 whereas retinol preserves collagen and exfoliates, it also makes the skin thicker.

When my eyes are dry are place my fingers over them after creaming my neck. Otherwise I get puffy.
