Make up/prosthetic equipment for 12 YO

Hi, my niece turns 12 in September and she loves make up. Wants to be a make up artist and has been using Instagram for ideas. I’ve been researching prosthetic make up as she has been trying to recreate some
Looks and I’ve also been looking at some other special effect stuff. Ok not wanting to spend more than £30, but wondered if anyone could recommend some bits that might add to her repertoire? Thanks.
