What would you wear with this for work?

I have ordered this for my new job in September but I wouldn't know what to wear it with. Would it go with black trousers?

Black trousers or pencil skirt

Slim fitting trousers I’d say too.

Jeans if they are allowed. Over a small patterned dress.

It’s lovely. A nice shift dress? Dark grey skirt and cream blouse?

I think it'll look better with light trousers rather than black. Possibly grey checked trousers, as suggested by remus.

It’s quite old lady looking so I would pair it with something more fitted on the bottom .
I wouldn’t wear it with a skirt either as it would be too frumpy. More like fitted trousers and a fitted top underneath .
