Really frustrated on the Next VIP sale and it won't let me click on anything to buy. Dies anyone know why this is?

It's broken , if you scroll down you can add stuff to the basket and checkout .

How do you scroll down to add things to basket?

If you scroll down there are pics of things , I preview and wrote down the codes so enter them at the top then scroll down to see the items and add them . It's painful but I got a few things

I can scroll down and see the item but there is nowhere for me to click to buy! The handbag I really wanted isn't there now so probably sold out.

I can't even get in - am in some crazy paused queue. 17:30 slot. I guess it'll save me some money 😀😀😀

I had 8 items that I painfully added to my basket, clicked checkout and got an error message an hour later, everything I had planned to buy has apparently sold out and I'm in an endless queue. How is anyone managing to buy anything? I had a 5pm VIP slot - its ridiculous! I am saving £££ but I wanted to buy something because I haven't been shopping for months!!

Same problem for me. I had a 7pm slot, waited 45 minutes in a queue only to find that they had changed my slot to 9:30 without my knowledge 😢

They didn’t give me a slot this time- after not delivering ANY of my last sale delivery 😡

Sorry to barge in, but when does the store sale start? I heard Thursday..

I'm beyond furious that the grey/star cushions that match my bedding were in my basket one minute, then I got kicked off and when I managed to get back on they were sold out. If you bought them give them back!

Sorry for the typo above!! I usually get a VIP slot and didn’t realise there was a sale on. Not sure what’s happening?? Next are usually pretty good with the VIP slots

I also had a very frustrating evening! Thankfully I got my main bits and pieces at 4.30 when my slot started but trying to cook dinner and feed a toddler at the same time I forgot a few things. Went back later and after queuing to get on the site and taking ages to add stuff to my basket it then kicked me out and emptied my basket 😏

Now it’s properly broken!

I also had a nightmare with my 5.30 slot being pushed back an hour, couldn't add anything to my basket then somehow ended up in the endless queue which I reached the front of while I was putting the baby down. Because I didn't enter the site when it was my turn I ended up back in the queue! So I have bought nothing and I am sad about it. Hope other people had better luck! I might try again in the morning.

I emailed next this morning and asked if they could consolidate my 3 orders I had to make rather than 1 due to the site being so glitchy so I would only pay delivery once. Fully expecting them to tell me to bugger off but they sent me a lovely apology email and credited my account with £10 for the delivery.

I've had a £10 credit too. It goes a very small way to make up for the entire evening either queuing or trying to add stock that was sold out! I guess it was to be expected as so many people (me included) aren't going shopping and there's no way I'm going when the sale starts in store!

I got a £10 credit without even complaining.

i got annoyed with it too. i've had the £10 credit which is nice, but there's nothing i want available now.
