Hello, could someone recommend me a low impact hitt video that's suitable for a 50 yo woman to lose weight? If it's free, even better. Thank you!

There’s lots of videos on YouTube if you search ‘low impact HIIT’ :)

Lucy Wyndham-Read

The Body Project! This video is probably my favourite but look at their channel as they're pretty much all low impact:

I also really like Jessica Smith for gentle workouts:

Fitness Blender. You can just pick out the Low Impact workouts or buy the Low Impact program for not v much money - and then use it as many times as you like.

They also aren't v annoying which I liked a lot.

I absolutely love HASfit on youtube - their low impact Hiit and cardio sessions are absolutely amazing. I hate them with a vengeance about half way through each one, but by the end, I'm feeling so good I'd give them every penny I had. I don't respond to people barking orders at me, so their style of gentle encouragement and positivity works well for me.

I also recommend Lucy Wyndham-Reid. She's also very encouraging and has loads of workouts on youtube.

The MUTU program is good -it’s low impact because the aim is to build up your core and pelvic floor without putting your pelvic floor under any strain, but there are some good HIIT sessions nonetheless.

I like Pahla B workouts on You tube, geared up for this age and fun

I tend to use her a lot

I realise it's a thing as a quick google suggests, but strictly speaking there's no such thing as low impact HIIT - the clue's in the name! If weight loss is your goal, then a true HIIT style format (quick bursts of movement over a short time period, less than 30mins) but only using low impact exercises won't actual amount to a lot of energy used or your heart rate rising enough.

Forget the term HIIT and just look for longer, low impact sessions. Fitness Blender already recommended is a good start.

There’s loads on YouTube. Search for no jumping or apartment Hit or cardio too. I like Heather Robertson.

Try the Walk at Home sessions by Leslie Sansone (all on You Tube). Good for low impact and you get a good workout. I particularly like 30 Minute Boosted Fitness Walk and Fast Walking in 30 Minutes.

Which of the ones mentioned would be best for a man?
