M&S knickers

Does anyone know if you buy a deal ie. 4 knickers for the price of 3 at M&S....if you need to return 2 pairs do you end up paying full price for those 2 pairs or do you get refunded a portion of the total cost? (Ie you're still getting them a bit cheaper) thanks in advance!

You would end up paying full price for the two pairs.

They won’t offer the deal if you reduce the number in store or on line. May l ask what was wrong with the 2 that had to go back? Usually if one pair suits...

I brought 2 similar but different styles. 2 are a good fit, 2 not so much. Tried on over own underwear of course

When I said I'll go into store I meant to be able to exchange for 2 more of the style that suit. Obviously I don't expect anything different from returning in store. It's purely that online you can't exchange. Thanks for help
