H&M and Asos - still no refund

I have returned my parcels (5) by hermes and royal mail to H&M and Asos ages ago. Def more than 2 weeks and haven't got a refund. Smth else sent on the same day has already been refunded by another shop. Anyone in the same boat? Do you think they are just overloaded or I'm in trouble? My mistake but I don't have shipping slips. My husband posted them 😓 but for 5 different parcels to get lost? That's unlikely right?

Update. All refunds received. I'm happy! Took almost 4 weeks for H&M but better later than never

I chased up two returns today ..one for Cos and one for H&M. Cos refunded me even though they hadn't received my parcel back, and just on my say so of what I'd returned which I thought was rather generous of them and very trusting. No response from H&M even though sane group. Both with Hermes

Oh balls, I've just ordered some trousers and a dress from Cos. I'm not at all sure about the dress, but took a punt, thinking I could just return it. I have had a few Hermes issues over lockdown, so it's annoying to hear that yet another store is using them!

Uniqlo are also very slow with refunds. And you have to wait 3 full weeks after you return the item before you can chase it up. I have bought a lot of great stuff from them these past few months but they owe me a few ££s for items returned weeks ago, so I’m now reluctant to order anything else.

My H&M refund has arrived. That was 18 days from the day it arrived back with them.

I returned two things to H&M a couple of weeks ago and am still waiting for the refund to arrive, but I'm not too worried as they were low value items and I think H&M are taking ages to refund, but are still trustworthy. I won't be ordering expensive things from Arket or Cos though as I don't like waiting for larger refunds. However, as I said earlier on the thread, Arket did refund me once I had emailed them.

Now that H&M stores are open I might brave the local shops instead of ordering online.

My local Hermes courier is lovely and the best I have used, I think the problem is when items are collected they are taken to a central depot and the delays occur there.

I posted via RM a dress back to Cath Kidston on 28th May and not recieved a refund yet. Have emailed them twice and just got a generic email back

I'm annoyed with myself as it's the one reciept I can't find (and paid extra to send back)

I have seen on their FB page lots of people having trouble. Orders cancelled after being paid for and no refund

Several people have checked their tracking only to find it's 'pending' collection into CK place, so may still be refunded

I've mentally written it off though

Took ages to get me H&M refund. At least 28 days from date of posting - maybe as long as 6 weeks. Send back via Royal Mail
