Botox

Hellooo!

Has anyone else noticed the change in some women's faces since lockdown?

There are several women I follow on Instagram snd a couple of friends whose faces have become more lined and expressive since their botox has worn off and they've not been able to top it up.

I'm so surprised at the change in a couple of them, they don't look any less lovely now, just different/ perhaps a bit less fresh.

I'm intrigued, it's really piqued my interest. It's definitely something I'll consider in the future.

I'd love to hear of recommendations in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk if anyone feels like sharing?

Yes most 'influencers' even skincare guru ones have it nowadays. t's surprisingly common, but done so subtly that you don't notice straight away!

I think loads of women seem to have it nowadays. I'm seriously considering getting some. I've got very prominent 11 lines. I seem to frown without realising I'm even doing it. I'm not bothered about anywhere else, just the 11's. I'm not sure I could realistically afford to keep it up every few months though.

Allegedly it weakens facial muscles so if you have it done but don’t keep on top of it it will age you significantly.

I can't say I've noticed botox wearing off on people but lip fillers yes! I don't get them but there seems to be fewer bee-stung chops about.

Botox lasts ages on me, don't know why! I had it done last in December last year and no lines have reappeared yet, not even faintly.

It's just once a year and I've never developed 11s, not everyone gets them, so the way my practitioner does it is subtle and leaves my eyebrows mobile. Win win.
