Can you please help me find a dress like this?

I ordered this dress and need to find something similar.

I love how the top part fits and the tie sleeves but the skirt part seems to billow out a bit here the skirt starts ad makes my hips look bigger than they are. Has anyone seen anything like it elsewhere? I found one by free people but its not I stock in my size. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I have pretty much that exact dress only a little longer with a slightly different waist - it’s from Next.

It seems to be coming in and out of stock so it is worth doing the email notification.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I like the white stuff one but it’s not fitted enough on the top part. I’ll keep looking.
