Best corrector for dark hollows undereyes

The skin is obviously very thin there and no matter what I have dark hollows. I am pinky pale in general. Normal concealer doesn't help. Can anyone suggest anything that will help?

Red colour corrector, even lipstick works. Then concealer then foundation then highighter or more concealer.
