I’ve burned my chin! Help!

I’ve had a few under the skin spots on my chin for over a week now. I gave in and squished them and they bled a little bit in a crop of around 6 teeny pin pricks of blood. I then decided to do a face mask that night, it stung a little but I didn’t do much. Left it on for 5 mins or so then wiped it off. There’s now a patch of skin on my chin that is red, shiny and rough feeling! It’s Alan it like it’s burned 🙈 Any tips so that I can help it look better by tomorrow??

Just don't touch it.

*almost like it’s burned. Alan is nowhere near my face!

Sudocream

When I had photo electrolysis I found Sudocream really upset the area and delayed healing.
If it feels like a burn it probably is. Keep applying cold water. These sorts of burns are usually gone within 24 hours, or at least have reduced. If it feels tacky it needs to be able to dry out, so don't cover!

Ok thanks guys. I should have left it alone. My face looks worse now than the spots did 🙈 and I actually planned on leaving the house with makeup on tomorrow!
