Anywhere that does casual mini dresses which fit like Dorothy Perkins?

I live in Dorothy Perkins mini dresses, over jeans in winter and shorts in summer. I am size 8 with no boobs, a small waist, and a bit of a belly muffin and a certain style they do really flatters me (a bit of bust ruching, under-bust tie back, relaxed A-line skirt, cap sleeve etc.) I need something new, but I can't find a pattern I like. I don't do frillly, floral, dotty, or ditsy. I like 2-colour prints: checks, geometrics, animal, or even something a bit edgier (skull print, anyone??). Any recommendations for other stores that do a similar fit with patterns I might like? Thanks!

Have you tried Asos? They have such a wide range that you should find something suitable.

Thanks, I have had a look, but the photos on ASOS aren't that helpful for me. It is difficult to interpret other brands' cuts. Clothes look very different depending on our body shape. That's why I was wondering if anyone else happened to have the same thing going on.

I think DP would probably describe what I'm talking about as a "tunic top". But that is absolutely not the same as searching "tunic top" in other brands, where they come up with loose-fitting Kaftan-style things.

I buy most of my clothes by having a saved search on ebay for Dorothy Perkins 8 in dresses and tops and every so often something perfect will come up. But at this point, I can't really wait, but I'm finding searching other sites quite overwhelming.

TopShop petite? I'm a similar size & shape to what you're describing & I have 2 from TS that I'll never part with despite having them for years....

Thank you Benzer. I'll have a look.

I have been known to buy the same dress off ebay over and over again because it's such a pain to get a dress that looks awseome. I'm not one of those people who likes shopping!

This is a dress in one of the exact styles that suits me at DP. I have one that is very very similar in a different print: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dorothy-Perkins-White-Cotton-Jersey-Top-Lace-Detail-Sizes-8-New/201563230161?var=500766990273&hash=item2eee1acfd1:g:MRcAAOSwYmZXEyTs
