Dry body brushing daily but I didn’t see any results for the first 2.5 months.

Even dh noticed the difference when I put shorts on this year.

Probably about two minutes a day.

For mild improvement: tan, Niveia q10 for legs and body brushing.
For serious improvement cosmetic procedures.
