Clean, ‘soapy’ smelling fragrance recommendations please?

I have worn Chloe before and liked it. I wonder if anyone had any recommendations for other clean, ‘soapy’ smelling fragrances I could check out?

I thought I’d heard this before but then I read the description on the Penhaligon website and the reviews on Fragrantica and they didn’t mention soap.

Something with coriander notes might be soapy.

@Haffiana - ignore me, I have just revisited Fragrantica Penhaligon Castile page and there are many mentions of soap!

I’ve just tried this in a local chemist and it is nice but reminds me of Parma violets?

Not sure if you would find it soapy but Gucci Memoire is a very clean fresh smell.

Pure Grace by Philosophy is amazing.

The Dove one is ok but very strong. DH hates it, gives him a headache so I’ve stopped wearing it.

Clean Reserve do one called Warm Cotton which smells just like clean washing so not ‘soapy’ but very fresh.

Paul Smith extreme smells soapy to me.

The grapefruit one from Jo Malone

There is literally a perfume called Clean which is inspired by soap 😄

I have taken a chance on Penhaligon’s Castile as it was half price in the summer sale. Fingers crossed.

And I have ordered a sample of Mémoire d'une Odeur because I thought it sounded intriguing. Can’t imagine a chamomile based perfume. Reviews seem divisive!
