V v ugly. Unless you ar v skinny with beautiful feet and about 23.

DramaAlpaca · 26/06/2020 22:44

My mother wouldn't go near those and she's 84.

GolfForBrains · 26/06/2020 22:44

They look perfect for an elderly lady with problems with her feet and ankles. Very practical.

desperatehousewife2 · 26/06/2020 22:45

Dear God!

Floralnomad · 26/06/2020 22:46

Very ugly , but probably comfortable .

YoungsterIwish · 26/06/2020 22:46

Awful...and I like comfy shoes

Millipedewithherfeetup · 26/06/2020 22:46

Sorry...but no.

HeronLanyon · 26/06/2020 22:47

Ecco do some great shoes. Those aren’t great !
However I wouldn’t even notice them or think anything of them on some people . . . I think they must surely look better on than in this photo ?

LifeInAHamsterWheel · 26/06/2020 22:48

Not for me, sorry (and I'm 45+ !)

What are your needs, sandals-wise?! Maybe if you say what you're looking for people can suggest more stylish alternatives?

Jellykat · 26/06/2020 22:50

Dear god no

seenbeensbean · 26/06/2020 22:52

Just what the podiatrists would recommend to your grandmother

Letsplough · 26/06/2020 22:54

They're horrible

LongDiscoClara · 26/06/2020 23:02

I'm sorry but theyre fucking awful.

wildone84 · 26/06/2020 23:04

Ugly and suitable for an 80 yo

Ellapaella · 26/06/2020 23:05

They aren't stylish - but they may be comfortable and practical, if that's what your looking for in a sandal then great. But they aren't going to turn any heads sorry.

Ellapaella · 26/06/2020 23:05

*you're

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 26/06/2020 23:12

Hideous.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 26/06/2020 23:13

And I say that as somebody who quite likes ugly sandals. Sorry, OP, but they are truly, truly bloody awful.

ExpletiveDelighted · 26/06/2020 23:14

I wouldn't be seen dead in them, sorry.

Member · 26/06/2020 23:22

They’re like a cut & shut sandal; fisherman’s sandal grafted onto a slingback wedge.

It’s a question of whether you value function over form.

If you need to cover toes but want your feet to still be cool,I can see the attraction as the majority of sandals are open toed. I think you can get nicer though.

Neveranynamesleft · 26/06/2020 23:25

Why do you ask what people think ???

Monty27 · 26/06/2020 23:50

@Member that's it in a nutshell! Want a sandal that covers my toes.
@neveranynamesleft do you have an issue with that?
Thanks everyone for your honesty Grin
I suspected they were fugly so I'll use them for gardening 😉 Blush

@Monty27

I got these from ASOS recently. They cover most of my toes, although that's not why I bought them.

They are possibly also hideous, but I like 'em Smile

MoltonSilver · 27/06/2020 00:31

Perfect for gardening.

Monty27 · 27/06/2020 00:33

@excelledyourself not attached.
I'm truly skint peeps.
Somebody gave me the ECCO sandals. I've decided not to even garden in them. They can go to the charity shop Blush
