I haven’t but watching with interest.
Wouldn’t it have 5he same sort of effect / affect ( I’m too hot to do slag)
as seawater ?
I have oily fine hair and it goes horrible when I am on holiday.

Lush have a shampoo called Big, that has sea salt in it. I swore by it for years when my hair was majorly oily. It was great, helped control the oil and made my hair bouncy and shiny. Not entirely sure why I stopped using it actually!

I may have to try it.
I like shampooo bars but haven’t really got on with the conditioner.
Thanks Everly.

Well I've tried it. I have to say it's very tricky as it kind of soaks up the water. However it did make my hair very light and felt really clean. Didn't make it go another day without washing though. No effect on that aspect at all

@nevernotstruggling I used to have to wash my hair every day because of the excess oil. I can’t remember why I did it but I started going longer without washing (probably sheer laziness!) and for a good month or so it was awful and felt just so greasy then after a while it just changed. I only wash it twice a week now (more if weather is hot or I’ve done something active). Also, dry shampoo is my friend Smile

@Everley I only wash every other day as I'm convinced if I do it every day it will be even worse. I hate it though it's embarrassing

@nevernotstruggling It’s crap isn’t it, I was really self conscious about it.

Ive found kids shampoo has solved my greasy hair issues, I use the 2in1 herbal essences almond and cherry shampoo, mainly because it smells like bake well tart , other brands work just as well.

When I was using grown up, branded, expensive stuff it would be good for the first few washes then my hair got over loaded with whatever the ingredients are and became greasier and greasier.

Now I use kids shampoo, wash it 2-3 times a week and every time I go to the hairdressers they ask what I use as its in such good condition.
