Wise Mumsnetters is there somewhere you can get a scent you love ( from a scented candle) made into a perfume ?

A bit like recreating your favourite lipstick that has been discontinued. I know you can do that somewhere in London.

It's available as a gift option on those experience vouchers so there must be one somewhere. I've found some online but if you want to go in and learn then you might be limited to London. Try the experimental perfume club, once they are open properly.

I was given a gift of creating a fragrance at Floris in London but there are many others.
It wasn't highly successful as I had an random allergic reaction to one of the ingredients and never used the perfume but the experience itself was nice.

Would you be allowed bring a non Floris scent to them ?

You used to be able to create your own perfume at Liberty’s in London. Not sure you still can,
Might be worth checking it out, they were doing it until quite recently.

Pecksniffs do custom fragrances but are currently in administration so I’m not sure if the stores will be reopening.

4160tuesdays do this!

I checked 4160Tuesday @GrimDamnFanjo. Sadly £1000 is way beyond my budget.
The scent is from an organic wax candle but the company don't make perfumes ( yet ).
They appear to have discontinued this particular scented candle too Sad
