Nice running and active wear for tall slightly built girls

aged 10? She usually takes a size 12 - 13 in clothes. All the active wear I've seen in her size is either black, or very skimpy.
She wants brighter colours. I don't want to spend a fortune since she grows like a weed. Her shoe size is already half a size smaller than mine. She is very narrow, her waist is just 18 inches right now, but she has long legs and arms. She's at that awkward stage of a growth spurt.
She likes a lot of my brighter gear and would like similar.
Does anyone have any ideas? What do your similar age tweens wear?

Decathlon are my go-to and it's not all black. Easily the best VFM

TIkiboo are very bright and have a kid's range, but yu might not want to spend that much - might be worth a browse to see what they have in the sales.
