Returns are free via Hermes parcel thing - the closest one here is a big Co-op, but a lot are in corner shops.

I really rate Monki’s cotton jersey tops - I have several stripy t-shirts, long and short sleeved. I think they are organic cotton, really soft and wash brilliantly. I have a couple of midi skirts which are great, and a midi jersey dress which is lovely. I have tried on other dresses in store which were really static-y polyester, and not great although they looked beautiful on the hanger.

Size wise I am a UK 10 and get a small in tops and dresses, but an M in the skirts. I’ve never bought trousers, mainly because we don’t have a store here and I am quite hippy, so find trousers trickier.

I think they're a bit of a mixed bag. Return process for me was slow but then in complete fairness we are in a global pandemic so no criticism so much as pointing it out.

I think for the quality it is a bit overpriced. I like that they have such a range of prints and colours in things and like their t-shirts but prefer H&M for basics generally.
