Underwear for belly

Foggyday124 · 23/06/2020 14:14

This year I’ve had a combination of fat gain on my belly due to pre-menopause and medication. Especially now With the sun and the heat it’s really bothering me. I’d like to find pants that can suck it all in but are not visible under clothes. I couldn’t care less if they look ugly, I want them to allow me to use my dresses with confidence!!
Do you have any suggestions for me?

Thank you Smile

Well I may be oversharing here. But after I had DD3 I bought these www.seraphine.com/en-gb/post-maternity-shaping-leggings.html

Only the legging bit was a bit annoying - what if I wanted to wear jeans, or no leggings? So I..... cut the leg parts off. And I wear these a lot 2 years after. Blush They are comfortable and make my posture better but if you were wearing a tight top you can see where they end and your bra begins - not true when you get dressed in the morning, it's all seamless - , but as the day goes on, the gap does become more noticeable.

I also have the Heist The Outer Body and find this is decent, but the hook and eye fastening, and having a permanent wegdie, puts me off choosing this item on a day to day basis (especially whilst working from home). There is no detection under clothes though, and I can wear underneath sheer tops and the effect is really good.

I have found maidenform the best. They are quite right, no attractive at all but certainly do the trick

I've tried a few different shapewear brands and the best, for me, has been the Spanx Higher Power pantie. I haven't had much roll down and I try to tuck the top under my bra to stop it happening.
