Hi has anyone tried Il Makiage foundation? The reviews look good and I like the matching process but possibly I'm just falling for the advertising

Any positive feedback or is lockdown sending me crazy?

I haven’t tried the product but I read some reviews and tried doing the quiz. The answers I gave indicated my preference for glowy/dewy, light to medium coverage. The product they recommended gave a medium to high coverage, matte finish. Precisely what I didn’t want.

I have concluded it’s probably all just marketing hype. I bought two new lipsticks (MAC and Bobbi Brown) from John Lewis online instead. And an insanely expensive Hour Glass finishing powder. They are making me happy for now.

Thanks, I'll put down my debit card then. I've already fallen for some truly dreadful hair products over lockdown so I really should have learned my lesson!
