Hello!

There used to be a lovely what are you wearing today? thread(s) on here for people who were plus size (circa 16/18 and up I think).

Could anyone tell me if they've seen one lately please? If there isn't one on the go, would anyone be interested in joining me on here?

I'm size 16/18. Today I'm in a New Look floral dress and DM boots. Pic attached (hopefully).

Its my green craghopper walking trousers and a slouchy fine knit long sleeve jumper from GAP today. Going for comfort as I'm not leaving the house :)

Some lovely frocks today and agreed about ChequerBoard's boobage!

I've been on annual leave so pretty casual this week (gutted about the weather!). Mostly cropped trousers and casual tops but a friend gave me this necklace yesterday which goes very well with this top.

After 16 weeks wfh I'm back in the office next week. This dress arrived this week which has pleats, pockets and, somewhat randomly, is SPF 50! So I can wear it on holiday (like, when??) and to the office where I can smarten it up with the navy blazer I have at work for seeing clients. Quite excited about showing off all my lockdown purchases

Lovely chequer & st Charlotte. I love gap thin knits - 2 of my favourite tops are dark brown short sleeved gap think knits that I'm contestant my looking for replacements on eBay as mine are about 20yr old now.

I bought a nice skirt in H&M today when I returned the green dress. Can't find it online but may wear it tomorrow. Size L when I need XL at least but once I struggle to get it over my arse it's alright!

Forgot to take a pic today & had even gone to the bother of putting a dress on because last week delivering food parcels, a wee woman complained that the week before I had on such a lovely colourful dress & looked so lovely that it really lifted her & then last week I was in dull trousers. I didn't even have her on my rounds today after my effort! I'm in a sort of shopping
Mood although need nothing & don't want to spend much. I guess H&M helps for being in this position!

Yeah! Will try on tomorrow, maybe with the shoes and jacket and ask for opinions if anyone would oblige .

This morning I got out my favourite winter cardigan again, as summer seems to have run off again.

Oh sonjadog that cardigan is lovely! The weather here today doesn't quite warrant it but I'd almost look forward to winter knowing I had that waiting in my wardrobe.

I'm wearing a dark blue denim miniskirt (daring!) and a mixed-blues top from Sainsburys. Hoping to get a bit of sun on my legs today.

What do you guys think? I will be being Godmother at a christening (casual secular version, but lovely, stylish friend is the mum).

I think I prefer it without the jacket too... I guess we'll have to see what the weather does.

I can always wear the jacket outdoors and then take it off when I get there. If it's really cold by then, I'll have to rethink the shoes and maybe wear it with tights. Will see.

@LadyPrigsbottom love the Cos dress on you! You have great legs and this really shows them off. Like the blue jacket, the colour goes really well with the pale dress and love the shoes too - a great combo.

I'm in an H&M skirt -£8 in the sale this week & an old H&M linen t shirt. Decided the little seaside village we're off to this avo wasn't quite ready for double contrasting print just yet !

So glad the order wasn't cancelled @LadyPrigsbottom - it looks great on you!

(Also prefer without jacket, although I really like the jacket)

I think I'll wear the Cos one, but may swap shoes for something more cold weather friendly, if the need arises. I have these black, suede boots actually, which I think might look nice with it... ot could go with the clunky grey?

I love the Seasalt one too, but I don't think it's stylish enough for the christening..? Or I could wear the orange print one or maybe the one from my op...quite a few options actually!

Dark grey leggings & a blue denim tunic from Tu at Sainsbury's. Had sandals from Clark's on this morning, whilst out on my walk with the kids but changed now into socks (cold!) & a grey/white stripe top from Matalan for wfh.

The Cos dress looks great. I like it better without the jacket too.

The cardigan is from a handicraft stall in the market in Bergen. I got it year ago. They are still available, but you would have to go to Bergen to buy one, and that might be a bit extreme for a cardigan!

If Covid was gone, I could easily be persuaded by a trip to Bergen. As it is I went to Sainsburys & bought a dress

In fact, I find the while S&B board pretty bad! It made me buy new shoe yesterday. It MADE me do it!

Here I am in Peter Storm tshirt (18...I think...might be 16), M&S, leopardprint midi skirt. Wearing with tan leather ballet flats, also from M&S and my trusty charity shop necklace.

Green dress today! Friends coming round for first time - very excited

I'm still in my PJs hungover & wondering what I can eat & drink today before I'm back on the healthy bandwagon from tomorrow!
