Work wear - business dress but no jacket?

Previously my work dress code was business dress and I would have worn a jacket. However everything needs to be washed every day now.

Any ideas machine washable professional tops?

Crisp white shirt and statement jewellery

Shift dress and cardigan? I've been washing dresses I would usually dry clean on a gentle hand wash cycle with no disasters yet!!

We are not allowed to wear Jewellery at the moment. Everything has to be washable and easy to disinfect
