Best socks for toddlers?

Boring I know but we're struggling to find socks for our toddler that stay on.
Until now we've mostly used Aldi as they stay on but they don't seem to be doing them in the baby events any more.
I've tried joules, not impressed and Sainsbury's. Willing to pay a higher price if they stay on, wash well etc. Recommendations anyone?

We really like LA active really nice quality, and grippy bits on the soles, the trainer socks have a little padded bit on the top of the heel. DS is perfectly comfortable in them in shoes and they're great for inside as we have wooden floors so stops him slipping, they're not the cheapest but he's always outgrown them before they've worn out. We get them on Amazon

Next and M&S socks always stayed on my kids feet

These are great, soft, don’t fall off, wash well, and cheap as they’re reduced.

I second the LA active socks. They are brilliant and made of cotton.

Gap

I like Aldi socks too and have found Frugi ones to be quite thick / stay on.

randomsabreuse · 30/09/2020 22:21

Cheap ones, tights or superglue...

My toddler only wears socks when he's wearing shoes, as soon as the shoes are off, goodbye socks, and I find them soaked (he sucks them) and tucked under some toys or the sofa...

I just buy primark cheap. They may not stay on, none do, but I’m not worried if they loose them

Willow4987 · 30/09/2020 22:23

I buy mine from amazon as I wanted ones with little sticky bits on for running around the hard floors at home/nursery when he was learning how to walk. Turns out they’re actually really good socks

Spanglebangle · 30/09/2020 22:30

Buy sockons they are brilliant!

MustDust · 30/09/2020 22:32

My ds are older but it was always GAP for them, the rest they managed to lose.

festiveivf · 30/09/2020 22:35

Without doubt, H&M with the little rubber spots on the bottom. They have a massive amount of stretch and genuinely stay on. I've only used these socks and he's 2.5!
