there has been an oil spill on my forehead...

my forehead is incredibly oily, my other face skin is normal, its been like this since puberty. I'm not spotty usually.
I use products for oily skin and have a good diet etc. By the end of the day you can probably see yourself in my forehead, its that shiny. Nothing seems to help stop the shine!

please help me not be oily! any advice?

I’m in the same boat but I have noticed a slight reduction in oiliness since moving over to a water based moisturiser by Simple.

I use them throughout the day as needed. I don’t find products help (although I use oil free moisturiser and spf) so this is a case of management of the problem rather than correction iyswim.
