I’ve been crying - how to hide it

Spent half the morning sobbing at cancellation of holiday club. Have got a video call at 1.30pm that I need to look presentable at.

My face is puffy and red and my eyes are swollen. How can I solve this fast please?

Table spoon in the freezer? Lots of cold water, then at 1pm do make up. Dark room.

And blame it in hayfever.

Cold flannel?
Or use a peice of card as a fan
Or stand in front of a fan?

Yes I'm a cryer

Lie about hayfever and lack of sleep.

Green concealer is good for red.

I usually just lie though.

Cold face cloth, or if you have those things that go in the freezer and then you put in with your lunch for work, wrap in a t-shirt and use that.

You've got ages! Put something cold on your eyes for a bit.

Take a shower.

Tiny bit of Vaseline on the lense of your laptop camera??

I'd say, 'we had a drama' and move the chat on. Only if I was asked.

Helpful suggestions thanks all. Cold flannels, a food face massage and some make-up have helped somewhat.
