Skin care help.....

I’ve never been one to buy expensive products or even have a proper skin care routine - but since just having my second DC, my skin feels awful.
It’s so dry and almost feels dirty and looks dull. How can I get clean, fresh glowing skin that looks healthy? Any tips/routine advice or products I can try. Smile

Have a look at Zoe Bee on instagram @zoebeebeauty, her creams have improved my skin loads and I rarely use foundation now. It can be difficult to get your hands on her stuff though as she only accepts limited orders, and the creams are a bit pricey - £40 for a full size but the mini jars are about £15. I'd highly recommend them.

I use micellar water as a cleanser at night. Usually on offer at Boots or Superdrug. Dove soap in the morning as a cleanser in the shower. If I could be bothered, I would use Liz Earles's cleanse and polish, or the Superdrug own version. This exfoliates also. Your skin may partly be looking dull due to not exfoliating? Then just use a day moisturiser with an SPF of 30 or above, and a richer cream at night. Other more complicated are available, but I find its easier if its simple. I also try and use a face mask once or twice a week.
