Lovely dresses that keep coming up on Instagram! However please be warned it’s a scam, no return labels included and all negative comments are deleted from insta although not Facebook which makes interesting reading. Don’t be taken in! Does anyone know how to report them officially? Instagram have ignored me.

Looks like the London story is just a cover for dresses drop shipped from overseas. They say they’re based in London but delivery is up to 30 days. Reviews are terrible on trust pilot. Most comments deleted on their Facebook page which has only been there since the end of November.
Can only suggest reporting them to Facebook as a scam but I don’t know if they’re looking at scams at the moment.

Yeah their address of 10-14 Bethnal Green E1 seems very dodge. There's no street called just Bethnal Green as far as I know and E1 is a Shoreditch postcode. Also the phone number is for a place called Bargain World Discount Centre listed at 396 Bethnal Green Road E20. As far as I'm aware E20 is the fictional postcode they use in Eastenders! then given to the Olympic Park which is obvs way further east than Bethnal Green Road.

Thank you OP!

I've noticed so many scam clothes companies about lately! Also bloody Wish. Reviews are always the give away. It's annoying, the ones that show lovely clothes, I'd pay a lot more to get such lovely dresses etc but they're always scams!

So depressing! Spread the word! Should have known better than to buy things on insta, I blame the lock down wine!!

I stupidly bought two items from them and the items never arrived. Their tracking system tells me my dresses were delivered and received two months ago. Definitely not true. I keep emailing and asking to see my supposed signature if I did receive them and keep asking for information about the international tracking company used to send my items. They, of course, keep ignoring me or when they do eventually respond they do not answer my questions.

I think they are definitely a scam. They can be reported to Trading Standards. I will be doing it. It's not fair they get away with scamming people.

It’s so annoying - they have a red dress pictured I really want but the story sounded super dodgy and when I put the address into google maps I could see the shop wasn’t there!
