Crappy plaque that has turned brown, disgusting. No chance of seeing a hygienist. What can I do?

Try smokers toothpowder as well as paste.

Nothing, you need to wait to see a hygenist or a dentist and get it cleaned off.

Anything else risks damaging your teeth

Is it staining? Do you use corsodyl mouthwash? Do you smoke? There are things you can do to prevent further staining or calculus build up but you cant remove it yourself

Dont try smokers toothpowder or paste its very abrasive and you will most likely end up brushing your enamel off in the long rum

Fluffycloudland77 · 17/06/2020 10:07

What brush do you use?.

ChubbyPigeon · 17/06/2020 11:36

@TheQueef yeah, as a one off it might be okay but its abrasive and risks damaging the enamel, you can essentially brush away the enamel on your teeth.

The best way is to prevent staining in the first place and regular visits to the hygeinist/dentist for a proper scale and polish.

Blush I use it regularly and already have damaged teeth from vomiting a lot, I like the taste and it's cheap!
