Next unlimited - free Hermes returns?

Hi all,

I returned something to Next and loved the courier collection. If I sign up to nextunlimited, is that part of the “free returns” you supposedly get? Have waded thru their t&c and it’s not clear, and the chat is busy...

Ace thanks guys! I went for it, gonna need school uniform etc I’m sure....

I’d wait it out if I were you two friends living in different cities both ordered children’s clothes and then returned them. Next haven’t received the parcels back it’s been three weeks for one and four weeks for the other. So they haven’t been refunded and the parcels can’t be traced.

When I did a return I heard nothing for 3 weeks then I got a survey to fill in asking 1 question- did I have my parcel collected? Seems like there’s a problem somewhere
