I'm looking for recommendations for body oil, not coconut or cocoa, that won't stain clothes but will give me lovely sheeny skin!

Nuxe? I prefer the riche version.

Elemis frangipani

MulberryPeony · 15/06/2020 16:39

Frangipani is coconut oil based that’s why you need to heat it first as coconut oil is solid at room temp.

Skin Deep Dry Leg Oil by This Works is a brilliant (but expensive) buy. Lasts ages though, smells amazing & can be used all over the body. I get dressed 5 minutes after applying which is the same if I used a regular body lotion.

Have you tried the Truly day or night body oil? It smells incredible and my skin is super dry. I've tried vitamin C body oils and it never worked. This is pretty much the best thing for me at the moment x
I'll leave the link as I don't think its that easy to find

Can anyone tell me how strongly the Nuxe oil smells? I have the perfume version and I love it, just wondering how the scents compare.

LadyGAgain · 15/06/2020 17:06

The Nuxe oil has a decent fragrance. Definitely scented!

I've been using The Body Shop Argan oil. I love it.

Swiftier · 15/06/2020 17:15

I love the Nuxe oil.

jackandflo · 15/06/2020 17:21

Have you used sweet almond oil ??

I find it less greasy as coconut and allot more fluid :)

Westfacing · 15/06/2020 19:01

Thank you everyone - I'm working my way through the recommendations. Smile
