Teeth whitening, ukteethwhitening.com and Opalescence

I’ve still got my moulds so was looking into getting some more Opalescence gel. I’ve seen this website online, but not sure if they’re genuine. Their product reviews seem mostly good on Trustpilot, but their customer service skills could do with more work. They’ve stated they’re moving their reviews to another platform Yotpo, where they’re all 5 (which makes me suspicious- rarely does anyone get 100% 5)

Has anyone used ukteethwhitening.com before? Or can recommend someone other than my dentist* for safely buying the gels?

My usual dentist is abroad, and it’s unlikely I’ll see him before Christmas because of Covid

Considering they claim to be supplying from the UK (Company based in Hong Kong) I'm amazed they haven't been reported to Trading Standards as dispensing higher than 16% Carbamide Peroxide in the UK is illegal.
No idea whether they're legitimate or whether the Opalescence is fake or not.

I use Philips Zoom whitening which I usually get from my dentist. After much deliberation (similar to your concerns) I bought some from the same website and have used it once with no issues. The box ,packaging and contents were identical to the ones from the dentist and gave the same result so to me they seem genuine. This was the only UK website I could get the Zoom from.

Thanks @MillyMollyMardyMillyMolly That’s the bits that concerned me. My dentist isn’t allowed to send me the gel from abroad (Czech republic) so cant understand how a UK company dispensing out of HK can

@ferneytorro much like you, it feels like my options are limited. It’s good to hear that your products seem to be genuine
