Wedding dress help

Rather remarkably, I find myself getting married! Been somewhat swept of my feet Smile

I absolutely love the Temperley Toledo dress but sadly lack the squillions needed to buy it! I like the embroidery on the bibi dress but not the shape. I love the shape of Effie dress is probably just within reach as it’s in the sale but pink is not my colour.
Any one know of anything similar ..... any ideas gratefully received?

Needle and thread are lovely material but the style is a bit too floaty but thanks

Congratulations. Me too 😊. I've just ordered this to potentially get married in. I'm tall but not willowy so don't know if I will like it on. I'm also over 40.

Congratulations!! I hope some of your luck rubs off into me...

The Temperley dresses are lovely though... & I like the dress you've ordered @annonymousse!

Have you tried 'Stillwhite' for sample dresses, designer, old stock, and once worn.Easy search by location, designer, size, price.

I'm not sure of your budget or size...but this is an Ivory Temperley from a shop, sample dress for just less the £1000.

As you can tell, love wedding dress searching!

@JesmondDene

Thank you- I shall search this site. I like the style of the one you linked but I really want something with some colour as I don’t think all white is quite right for someone who is not in the first flush of youth shall we say! Still trying to get my head around the fact you m actually getting married!

This is maybe a bit floatier for what you like but I bet it could be made with less material in the skirt.

Noname99 · 14/06/2020 14:17

Thanks artful
I really like the embroidery and it looks like they have made substantial alterations to the dress for other customers.
They also sell the material so I’m wondering how hard it would be for a dressmaker to make
