Anyone know where Denise's earrings are from that she wore on Goggle box?

Photo from her Instagram but doesn't say where they are from

God she looks nothing like herself does she? I haven't seen her for years...I wouldn't have recognised her at all! As for the earrings, the photo's quite bad...they look like a small gold hoop with turquoise stone dangling...is that right?
