Cos wrong item sent

I don't really buy much from Cos but my last two orders have contained mistakes, one the wrong colour, the other wrong size. is this usual for them as at £4 postage it's not something I want to repeat but ordering again!

I've had that happen in the past. They told me to keep the item and was reimbursed.

I'd say this is rare for Cos, and customer service is excellent, I'm pretty sure you won't have to pay postage to sort this out.
