Feeling and looking awful!

Lockdown has not been kind to me! I won't be emerging slimmer, more toned and glowing. I've caught myself in a few mirrors, barely recognised myself and just look awful.

DH and I have spend it working full time and splitting childcare, we haven't had any time together and no time individual alone time. I've been working in Intensive care and am exhausted.

Anyone else feeling like crap? I'd love to hear some ways people perk themselves up when they are well and truly fed up?

I look bloody awful. I have to go back to work on Monday. I'm in a customer facing role where I'm supposed to look 'groomed'.
My hair is all over the place and flat on top. My eyebrows are pale and going their own way in life, shall we say. My nails are broken and very short.
I am considerably chubbier than in March.
I have 2 days to turn it around!!!

That's rough. Yes I feel I've aged 5 years in 3 months. But I am far from working in intensive care. I don't know how you do it.

I've been keeping up with hair colouring at home, makeup and hair but my expression is pretty GLUM.

Yes i have put on weight, my skin looks dull and my eyebrows need doing. I actually caught myself in the front camera when i opened snapchat, i look like a bloke :(

Yep I feel and look like rubbish.
I had the first appointment of 2 for my eyebrows tattooing on,should have had my 2nd in lockdown so they look a little patchy.
I've been diagnosed with a disease ( thyroid problems) which the specialist is trying to get under control with medication but sadly in the last few weeks my hair started to fall out quite a lot every time I wash it my hands are covered in it, my clothes my pillow it's really upsetting me. It's so thin now I can see straight thought it. 😢
My top lip needs waxing sadly that hair isn't bloody well falling out from there.
My nails I always have gels on so now they're little naked short stumps. Not a good look. I'm a mess

I took a picture of myself today and I look hauntingly similar to Michael Gove. As a 35 year old woman, that's not ideal.
