I posted on here a while ago (although I think it was under another username) asking for recommendations/experiences people had of using a personal stylist. I had been quite unwell with a chronic illness and just didn't feel well enough or have the energy to shop much anymore. Also, being nearly 50 now I'd kind of lost my way with knowing what to wear and what suited me. I had run my wardrobe right down as trying to find new things was just such a chore and I felt quite down about never feeling I looked that nice or put together.
I just wanted to update and say I did find someone in the end and it was such a positive experience for me that I thought that perhaps other people in my situation might be interested to hear that it worked for me. I really wouldn't ever have thought of looking for a stylist myself - thought they were for rich people and celebs - if I hadn't been so desperate. I am a long term poster and this is a genuine post not spam but if anyone wants to ask anything about it etc then please feel free and I'll answer as best I can.
