Best Shampoo

Looking for recommendations, I feel like I'm just going from one to another and nothing is improving

I've always had fine hair, never looks thick or glossy.
The ends are dry and split

Recently I've tried:
Redken (blue one repair something)
OGX Coconut shampoo
OGX bonding plex
Plantur 39

All the shampoos are either thickening or for dry / damaged, nothing between the two

Would love suggestions, thanks

Have a look at TiGi bed head or catwalk range

I love the Joico range.

It's expensive but the Christophe Robin volumizing shampoo, conditioner and styling spray really do work. I use the spray before styling to give lift to the front of my 40+ hair and I really notice the difference when I haven't used it.

Christophe Robin Delicate Volumizing Shampoo

I don't want volume though

I want my hair to be thicker and in better condition

You're not going to get what you want from a shampoo.

Shampoo isn't going to make the fine hair, that you've always had, thicker. Some might make it appear thicker but they can't change the diameter of each strand.

Shampoo won't fix your split ends, there are products that can temporarily stick them together, the cure for split ends is scissors.

Maybe review your diet and assess your health as thin, dry hair are symptoms of a number of disorders.

Look at the Kerastase range. Pricy but I swear by them and have several of their ranges depending on what my hair is like

I have very dry, fine hair and I use Moroccan oil hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I use a pump of the Moroccan oil light on the ends before and after I blow dry it. They're the only products that work on my dry ends.

Your hair won't get thicker. Sorry.

I have lots of fine wavy/curly hair (so prone to frizz) and largely follow the curly girl method. However, I do use a shampoo which is MooGoo https://moogooskincare.co.uk/scalp-friendly-milk-shampoo. It's not harsh on my fine, easily damaged hair.

Focus on a good conditioner too. Not one that coats your hair in crap. Several cheap ones do that too. The curly girl method is actually quite a good way to learn what certain ingredients in shampoo, conditioner and styling products do to hair and why to use/avoid them.

I find hair mousse thickens mine and smooths it.
