Ok I know there is no cure but I would love to hear any success stories from those who have noticebly improved the look of their cellulite. I have always had it.... but as I age it is getting worse and is creeping down the backs of my legs.... foods, creams, exercises, treatments.... i am willing to throw anything at it to improve it - help :)

PS I don't want to learn to embrace it before anyone offers that lol - advice for reduction only

Mine is almost non existent due to running loads and cutting out sugar. Whenever I reintroduce sugar, within a few weeks it's back. I have also read that dry body brushing is excellent, but I don't have the patience for that.

I think that dry body brushing daily has helped the appearance of mine( backs of thighs), and I' ve been using a Clarins Body fit lotion that I bought in TKMaxx.
I think PP's comment about exercise and an unrefined diet is true, too.
Fake tan will make it less noticeable while you're working on it.

If I put weight on, it starts to appear on the backs of my thighs. Lose the weight and it vanishes.

I do dry skin brushing every day for a couple of minutes but it didn’t work for about 2.5 months then it was mostly gone. You’ve got to persevere when you think it’s not working.

Thanks all for your replies! I have just taken up running so hopefully that should help if I keep it up. I definitely need to cut down on sugar :( I have such a sweet tooth but I need to make a conscious effort. I do have a brush and massager somewhere too but I always stick to it for a day or two ten give up :( I am feeling more determined now!
