Bra help please

My bras are too small now as I've put on weight (def not pregnant)
Currently I'm wearing 34HH, & both the band & cup are too small (far too tight on loosest hook & 4-boob effect)
I'm not sure what size to buy, 36H, 36HH or 36J, or something else.
I know the style of bra I wear all the time is the Bravissimo Satine, I find it the most comfortable of all the ones I've tried on.

Have a look on the figleaves website, they have a fab fitting section

Google the Boob or Bust method. They also give advice on which style of bra to wear.

Try Royce - I've found their measuring tutorial perfect. You just enter your below bust measurement and fullest bust measurement and it tells you the size to order.
