Footner & verrucas?

Sorry gross but wanted to try the footner treatment to get rid of hard skin on my heels but have some verrucas too, old and can't get rid. Can I use the footner without making the verrucas worse? It doesn't specifically mention them. Thanks

No experience but sure there was a post in sporners corner where the user was able to lift the verucca out afterwards.

I just did a footner and my feet feel amazing.

Ooh, watching this with interest. Dp has awful verrucas and would definitely try a footner if it worked.

I don’t see how it would make them worse. Might slightly annoy them which is a good thing (then your body can ‘see’ them and produce a response to get rid of them).

My 6 year olds verrucae has just gone. It was so painful the podiatrist had to cut off a lot of skin off surrounding it. Once he'd done this two lots of the freezing stuff did the trick.

I wonder if footner might have a similar impact... I.e. the treatment is more effective without all the hard skin?

My son had the biggest verucca I have ever seen. We painted it with dark nail polish everyday and after about a week it had gone hard and crumbly and fell off. Might be an option before you do footner.

Footner made the skin around my verruca peel off very dramatically, leaving the verruca itself raised & easy to file down. I’m still doing that every couple of days and it’s starting to come away at the edges.

Ooh it sounds like a way forward then, and might help access the verrucas to treat- I've tried freezing and Bazuka to no avail but I think half the problem is they have calloused over. Will report back! Thanks
