I have got a make up box full of eyeliners of every type and recently no matter what I do my eyeliner is transferring onto the crease in my upper eyelid. Before I waste any more money please tell me what is guaranteed to not transfer or smudge.

Have you tried gel eyeliner? Bobbi Brown makes good ones.

peachypetite · 07/06/2020 05:48

Bobbi brown gel will not budge!

goosyray · 07/06/2020 06:09

Definitely Bobbi brown it won't budge

McDougal · 07/06/2020 17:48

Have you tried Too Faced Better than Sex eyeliner? I have oily lids and it doesn't budge on me but I find eyeliners to be one of those things that can be different on everyone.

Coffeepot72 · 07/06/2020 19:31

L’Oréal Infallible is very good

Iamagree · 07/06/2020 19:49

Use a primer under it? Fenty primer makes eye make up stick (like glue)

idontlookoldenough · 07/06/2020 23:08

I have oily skin and the only eyeliner I can use is the Estée Lauder waterproof double wear ones. Even the Bobbi brown ones moved under my eyes but these don’t budge.

BatshitCrazyWoman · 08/06/2020 05:52

Revlon Colorstay works well for me.

Oly4 · 08/06/2020 10:33

I love Urban Decay eyeliners

Quackersandcheese3 · 08/06/2020 10:48

I love Avon glimmersticks. Very budget friendly and doesn’t budge.

pinkrocker · 08/06/2020 10:56

Borjouis (sp!) made an eyeliner pen that puts dots on your lid in a row, sounds mad but you just go over the dots again and it joins them up.
Foolproof and absolutely transfer-proof (I have oily eyelids and it will last all day) but of course they discontinued it.
Available on eBay.
If you buy make sure you store it with the tip down.

I generally use liquid eyeliner & then before it sets buff a bit of eyeliner pencil & eyeshadow along it.
Or If I'm using just pencil I still buff eyeshadow along the line.
My eyeliner is then nuclear proof & has lasted days (the odd time it hasneeded too).

lindyloo57 · 08/06/2020 18:46

I have tried nearly all that have been mentioned including Bobbie brown gel one, and all of them smudge on me after a two to three hours, I wear eyeliner under the eyes.

TheCanterburyWhales · 08/06/2020 19:49

Clinique Quickliner.
I never thought more expensive eyeliner made s difference till MN told me about this.

superstar63 · 11/06/2020 09:44

I got the one that pinkrocker talked about and it is brilliant. Whenever I use eyeliner it always smudges down under my eye on one eye but this one does not - Result! Thank you.

lindyloo57 · 11/06/2020 11:15

@superstar63 I am tempted to order, but I ordered one someone mentioned on here before, it was one you wet and applie, it was the worse one I ever tried.

superstar63 · 11/06/2020 13:36

lindylou67, I have ordered lots of "stuff" after seeing recommendations and can honestly say that this is the only thing that has worked for me lol.

I was beginning to think there was something wrong with me.

pinkrocker · 11/06/2020 21:16

@superstar63 thanks! Did you order from eBay? I'm still waiting for mine

friendlyflicka · 11/06/2020 21:19

I like Bobbi Brown, but if you want a precise line I would recommend the Stila liquid eyeliner. i don't use a proper cat flick exaggerated style: I just edge it along my upper lashes and then put a dark powder over the top to blur it slightly and it lasts all day brilliantly

vaz119 · 14/06/2020 16:53

Nyx epic liner...all gels seem to smudge on my lids... This stays til I take it off

MsMeNz · 14/06/2020 17:11

I got mine tattooed on and love it. Threw all my eyeliners away.

Recommend me an eyeliner that will not budge
hopeishere · 14/06/2020 17:14

Eyeliner below or above?

Below always smudges on me!!

lindyloo57 · 14/06/2020 17:17

@ MsMeNz that's looks great, can I ask is it expensive.

MsMeNz · 14/06/2020 17:23

Thank you it cost me 350ish but will last many many years and it's on no matter what I'm doing swimming, first thing in morning etc. By a very talented permanent make up artist in Derbyshire. It lasts much longer than eyebrows, I first had a small.liner done about 11 years ago and didn't fade at all and I recently had the wings made larger as I kept drawing them on everyday as it's just my look and decided to to just go for it I've worn my eyeliner the same way for over twenty years so I committed to just getting it done.

Flymetothetoon · 14/06/2020 17:26

I have very oily lids and Avon glimmersticks are good especially if I put a bit of foundation and powder on the lids first.
