Neck hives

Please please can someone help me try to sort my neck hives problem out, every couple of days (sometimes I can have a period of a month or so without a flare up) but every couple of days my neck goes all tingly and itchy and then I know the skin will have patches of red which take ages to fade. I don't know what is causing it and it is driving me nuts with the sheer randomness of it.

Has anyone experienced this and has anyone got any remedies that can help?

I get something similar but not just in my neck. I take an antihistamine tablet when it gets bad and make sure I do not scratch them at all! Then they don't seem to get as red and go away quicker.

Are you sure it isn't PLE?
I get this with first / extreme sun exposure. Maybe use a sunscreen for allergies e.g soltan allergy or piz buin allergy

I used to get this. I never really got to the bottom of it but savlon would clear it up very quickly.

When my antihistamines ran out in the middle of hayfever season once, I got hives from my neck down. When I renewed my Fexofenadine prescription, they all cleared up.

Do you have any allergies? What time of day does it happen? Have you changed your: washing powder; pillow; hair care products; anything else that touches your neck?!
