Best shoes for garden party

Hi, what are the best shoes for a garden party. I will be walking on grass and gravel paths. I would like a bit of a heel. Are wedges my only option?

I think probably wedges or block heels are best.
I once made the mistake of wearing stilettos on grass haha never again!!

Espadrilles?

Wedges only I'm afraid. But some can be very sexy and very comfy. Great to dress up an outfit without looking too done, especially at a garden party, IMO.

Wedges or fabulously decorated box-fresh trainers with ribbons instead of laces and the whole shebang. Your feet won't feel a thing and you can enjoy your socks off all day and all evening.
