Naice slippers for men

NickMyLipple · 03/06/2020 21:15

Wanting to buy DP some for Father's Day. His usual go-to slippers are mule style but £8/10 from the supermarket. I wanted to treat him to something a bit nicer.

I've looked at Mehabis (?sp) but he is a big guy and they don't look like they'll be deep enough if that makes sense?

Needs to have a hard sole! No budget exactly but not three figures!

Thanks :)

DH always wears them and so do I now!

Ninkanink · 03/06/2020 21:46

Celtic & Co do some very nice sheepskin ones.

JaceLancs · 03/06/2020 21:48

UGG from the outlet online have some great bargains

PregnantPorcupine · 03/06/2020 21:49

We both wear Snugleaves. They're probably not expensive enough to be "naice" but they are the BEST slippers.

otterbaby · 03/06/2020 21:51

Toms make nice slippers with hard soles!

PregnantPorcupine · 03/06/2020 21:52

Or if he likes mule style ones then Birkenstock do some for about £60 I think.

JamMakingWannaBe · 03/06/2020 21:59

Sorel.
Sheepskin lined. Hard soled.
Comes in a range of colours.

I got DH's from Amazon but I've seen them in Cotswold Outdoors if you want to see them IRL before purchasing.

DH has Ted Baker moccasins which I got him for Christmas. They are lovely and I think I paid about fifty quid for them from Brand Alley. He wears them every day and they still look like new.

TheFlis12345 · 03/06/2020 23:27

DH has some from Barbour and they are still going strong after 3 years constant use.

Crabbo · 03/06/2020 23:39

We both wear Birkenstock boston as slippers. My husband also has haflinger felt ones which he likes.

SamSeabornforPresident · 03/06/2020 23:41

I was coming on the say Ted Baker too. Pretty much exact same as PP, Christmas present, still look great.

Celeriacacaca · 03/06/2020 23:43

I like the look of Uggs for men.

Another recommendation for Celtic & Co.

chezbot · 10/06/2020 10:31

Also coming to say Ted Baker. Think my DH's pair were £35 from mandmdirect. Looked immaculate for years
