Bras for teenagers - help!

It's been a while since I've posted on MN, and the bra gurus have brought me back :o

My teenage daughter measures as a 26D. This size bra appears not to exist anywhere. Suggestions of places I might look, either for that size or for 28C (also rarer than hen's teeth) are very welcome.

Thank you, oh wise ones!

I have teen of a similar size. In the end, and in slight desperation because we were in lockdown and couldn’t go to the shops and try lots on, I did that thing you’re not supposed to and bought a band size up and a cup size down. So in your case a 28C. The M&S teen bra was actually far too tight but the same version from Next was fine. I figured that we could sort something out properly after lockdown. Not sure if that helps...

John Lewis generally has some teen friendly 28C. I'm one of the crazy bra crew. They also run snug

Going up a band and down a cup (just one mind, not the 3 M&S fitting creates) is IMO generally ok for younger teens. Firstly, 26s are rarer than rocking horse poo. Secondly, when you're talking about the smaller end of the cup spectrum then you aren't dealing with very heavy breasts so you're not going to get the issues with shoulder pain etc that come from wearing too big a band. You do want them to get used to a good fit but one band adjustment is not a bad starting point

Fab, thanks - I'll have a look at both of those suggestions. I generally avoid M&S like the plague for lingerie, but I'm sure I can get over myself to check...
