its underwear, specifically, crop top /bra style, but made of really thin material. Had breast surgery and the thick belvia type and non wired bras are too hot in this weather.

Marks and Spencer's do lovely 'bralettes' which are very light and comfortable. They are almost crop top style but delicate material.
