Curling tongs?

Hi there. I've been growing out my hair for a couple of years now and, with no access to a hairdresser for a couple of months (nor for at least one more month), it's come on a treat. But it's still short-ish (chin length), in a layered, graduated bob. I'd love to be able to get this kind of lookwww.pinterest.co.uk/pin/657033033119662272/, but realise I need some kind of curling tongs to do this. Can anyone recommend the best ones for shorter, layered, thick hair please? Thanks!

Better off with a curling wand for that look but if you've never used curling tongs before I would start with a cheaposh pair of curlers. I have the GHD wand and it's amazing but I've been using curlers/wands for 10+ years.

With curlers to achieve that look, get a medium sized barrel, curl fairly tightly (you'll look like Annie/a poodle) spray hair spray lightly then brush out gently with your fingers. Then add a smoothing serum and hair spray.

Good luck x
