My beloved Fly London toe post sandals have finally fallen apart after about a decade of service

Astonishingly they still seem to do the same style, but only in white which I don't fancy. Too similar to the colour of the skin on my feet!

Anyone seen any good toe posts? I would like quite sturdy with a good sole, but still look nice for pub beer garden etc (when they finally reopen). Dark brown/tan probably good for going with most outfits or possibly metallic if not too bling.

I am considering Birkenstock Gizeh but have read mixed reviews about their comfort. Any other ideas? Thanks 😊 x

Thanks MrsZ - I do love Fly footwear. I didn't think to google! I am still open to trying other brands for a change but it's good to know I can get them if I don't find anything else. I'm not going to look for your new boots because I already have two pairs of Fly boots, and DMs...Don't want to be tempted!

Anyfucker - what colour have you got? I wish I had tanned feet, I love the light and metallic shades but my skin starts the summer blue and eventually makes it to off white by September...

I have the black Maharis and brown Arizonas. Am not too keen on any of the light or metallic colours.

Those are nice and pretty similar colour to my dead sandals so I know they'd go with all my clothes...

I think Arizonas might make my feet look stumpy.

Tempted to order Mayari and Gizeh to try both then send one back. I also like Madrid big buckle but not convinced I can keep them on without the security of a toe post.

I live in Birkenstocks between April and September, I really like the Madrids and find the stay on because you can adjust the buckle to suit.

I have reduced in recent years but at one point had 4 pairs...

Oh, that's good to know about the adjustable buckle Dungball. Although now I'm tempted to order all three styles to try...

Those Moshulu look like a good alternative to Birkenstock (and less ££). Although I got my last pair of Birkies from Schuh for 20% off, bringing them down to 48 quid.

I don't mind spending a bit if they last as long as my Fly pair, I think I had them for pushing 10 years!

I have a pair of moshuius (although not the toe post style) and the quality seems very good - very soft leather and padded sole.

I have the ones that @AnyFucker posted, mine are dark red. They really are very comfortable and look lovely with jeans, dresses, skirts and harem pants.

Ok, I found a discount code then ordered the Birkenstock Madrid Big Buckle in brown (can't remember exact shade name). Hope they fit! Was seriously tempted to order Mayari too but managed to resist...

Gizehs are my my favourite.

I have three pairs of Gizehs and I live in them in the Summer. I absolutely love them. I bought a pair on holiday in a sale and never looked back.
